Terms of Service

Each order you place is a legally enforceable contract. If you fail to pick up your order, you are still obligated to pay for the items you order.

We will inspect and pack all orders prior to distribution. In the event that the product gets damaged during packing, we will provide a store credit to the customer, provided that proof of damage is provided.

Our goal is to provide the highest quality produce. The customer understands that since our farm is certified organic and we do not use pesticides or herbicides, fruits and vegetables may not look "perfect".

What happens if you forget to pick up your Farm Bag? Typically speaking, for Farm Store pickups, we hold onto bags until the following Wednesday morning, when we then donate the contents to Saint Mary's Food Bank if the bag was not collected. However, it is not guaranteed we will hold on to the bag that long. If you missed your pick up and wish to receive your bag, contact the farm via email or phone to schedule another pick-up time.

Orders will be charged when they're placed - we will inspect and pack all orders prior to distribution. In the event that product gets damaged during packing, we will provide a store credit to the customer, provided that the damaged goods are returned. If the product was paid for via online SNAP a refund will be issued back to the customer's card within 2 business days. Sometimes things change last minute as farming can be unpredictable. Your order may be edited and items may be removed if items are not delivered correctly or do not meet our quality standards.
